Douglas J. Peckenpaugh is editor-in-chief of PLBuyer. He is a seasoned food-industry veteran with a career dedicated to following food from farm to fork. He has served as the editor of industry magazines dedicated to agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, chain-restaurant menu R&D, and retail food-product R&D. Doug also previously worked as a cook and back-of-house restaurant manager. He studied Professional and Creative Writing at Purdue University.
