Emilia Personal Care announced Tuesday that it named Renee Barch-Niles as its new president and general manager, responsible for marketing, sales, supply chain and financial results in North America.

Barch-Niles has more than 16 years of experience in consumer goods and retail, spending eight years with Daymon Worldwide, most recently as a vice president in retail operations.

“As we continue to invest in driving North American expansion and growth, we are extremely confident in Renee's ability to help Emilia Personal Care reach its sales potential in North America,” said Gabi Politzer, CEO of Emilia Group, the parent company of Emilia Personal Care, in a news release. “Her proven success in business-to-business strategies and her understanding of critical sales and marketing issues facing Emilia Personal Care and the retail industry make her uniquely qualified to lead Emilia's growth initiatives.”

Emilia is a beauty and personal care manufacturer specializing in private label products.

“I am honored to be joining the leadership team of Emilia Personal Care,” Barch-Niles said in the release. “It is a unique time given the pace of innovation in private brand beauty and personal care, and Emilia Personal Care has rapidly emerged as a leader in this important space.”
