MorePerrigo Co., Allegan , Mich. Lake Worth , Fla.-based Unico Holdings, a manufacturer of store brand pediatric electrolytes, enemas and feminine hygiene products. The acquisition is expected to add nearly $50 million to Perrigo’s annual sales.
