Perrigo Co., Allegan, Mich., said it acquired Guadalajara, Mexico-based Laboratorios Diba S.A., a privately held manufacturer of store brand over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription pharmaceuticals, for approximately $25 million. Perrigo said the acquisition would help it to market an additional 150 formulas and 50 trademarks into the rapidly growing Mexican store brand market.
