Fight the Sun and a Cold

New at Rite Aid are Continuous Spray Sport Sunscreen and Night Time Severe Cold medication. The sunscreen uses compressed air to make applying sunscreen neat and easy. The spray distributes an even mist for complete coverage and allows access to hard-to-reach places. The product is available in SPF 15 and 30, and it is sweat- and water-resistant.

Rite Aid’s Night Time Severe Cold product relieves nasal congestion, sore throat, runny nose, headache, body aches and fever with a warm, lemon liquid that soothes symptoms. It is priced 30 percent less than the leading national brand equivalent.

For children fighting a cold, Rite Aid offers Children’s Plus Cough and Runny Nose liquid medication. Available in a kid-friendly cherry flavor, the product is designed to fight a fever, suppress coughs, ease the pain of a sore throat and minimize sneezing and runny noses.

What's Trading?

Trader Joe’s continues to bring out new products, and this month the retailer introduces a number of new items to help entertain, stay healthy or simply make dinner. Trader Joe’s Patisserie de Vanille is what the retailer describes as a “fancy cake” made with two layers of light cake flavored with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and rich, sweet buttercream frosting.

Trader Joe’s new tea offers a healthy dose of anti-oxidants. Pomegranate Green tea is made with pomegranate concentrate and pure cane sugar, creating a tea with a crisp, fruity flavor in each 64-ounce bottle.

And to make dinner a snap, Trader Joe’s introduces Satay Peanut Sauce made with dry-roasted peanuts and cashews, coconut milk and spices inspired by Asian cuisine. It can be used as a dip or a marinade.
