MoreDan Slattery will be replacing John Morgan as president of Morgan Foods Inc. Morgan will continue to serve as chairman and CEO for the Austin, Ind.-based company.
Prior to being named the new president, Slattery served as the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Also, Kelly Maciejak has been named vice chairman, Bryan Flowers has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing, and Tim Hargrove will serve as senior vice president of operations.
Under the new leadership structure, Flowers, Hargrove and Slattery will collaborate on company strategy and business operations.
Morgan Foods offers private-label soups, broths, gravies, sauces, beans and kosher products and is a PLBuyer 2010 Category Colonel winner in the canned soup category.
