Chef Woo Inc. is a new company that produces a comprehensive range of Asian products for retailers’ private label programs, with a primary focus on noodles and rice. The Baie D’Urfé, Quebec-based manufacturer - the result of a merger of four Asian food enterprises from the United States, Canada, Australia and Korea - said it is international in scope and has customers in more than 30 countries.

According to the company, Chef Woo North America operates from two “ultra-modern” manufacturing facilities - one in Montreal and one in Irvine, Calif. - and its aggregate production capacity is more than 300,000 cases of noodles every 24 hours. The company’s product capabilities include traditional fried noodles, baked noodles, frozen noodles and fresh-pack noodles, each available in a variety of packaging options.
