Sipp Industries, Inc. (SIPC), and Spectre Worldwide (SPECTRE), an authorized company to license private label liquors and wines through its agreement with the licensed US import company, have completed their merger.

SIPC has also appointed Darren McMahon as president and Jonathan Morgan as secretary and treasurer. The company’s future plans are to target the expansion of their Private Label Liquor Brands. The company intends to include several Las Vegas and Foxwoods locations as well as hotel and resort hospitality groups as potential buyers of private label brands over the upcoming year.

“One year ago we made a commitment to build a distinctive portfolio of nationally distributed private label brands,” said sDarren McMahon, president. “The addition of leading hospitality locations for our private label brands demonstrates that commitment. We’re excited by the growth opportunities presented in the liquor and potentially the prosecco and wine category as well. We feel that Las Vegas and Foxwoods are the right locations to help Spectre’s private label brands into broad market distribution. We believe that we will have a tremendously loyal consumer following and have sought out relationships to help us grow the business and continue to serve our existing consumers.”

The Company is excited to have the opportunity to enter these areas to significantly grow the private label brands. SPECTRE intends to be a full service, national and corporate brand, beverage alcohol company that sources liquor spirits, prosseco, wine and beer from the finest regions worldwide.

The company intends to commence filings and become fully compliant with OTCmarkets shortly.
