Trace One announced Wednesday that it hired Michael Bromme as a senior vice president for the company to increase its private label product lifecycle management profile in the U.S.

Bromme has experience in retail, grocery and CPG industry, having worked at DemandTec and HarvestMark before joining Trace One.

“With Michael’s tenure in the retail and consumer goods software industries, his work in private label traceability, and his history with fast-growing companies, he’ll be positioned to drive Trace One’s North American sales and marketing initiatives,” Trace One CEO Jerome Malavoy said in a news release. “We’re very pleased to welcome him to Trace One.”

Trace One works with more than 18,500 manufacturers and 37 top retailers worldwide.

“Trace One’s platform has set the bar for cloud-based, private-label PLM collaboration standards,” Bromme said in the release. “For the past decade, I observed their impressive growth in Europe and Asia from the sidelines, and I’m thrilled to be a part of their expansion in the U.S. today.”
