Mizkan Announces Promotions

Mizkan Americas, a leading condiment manufacturer, has announced the promotions of two key members of their leadership team to provide a new leadership structure aimed at delivering sustainable global growth for the company.

Mike Neises has been promoted to vice president of marketing while Tim Marvin has been promoted to executive director of retail branded and foodservice sales.

Nieses started with Mizkan Americas in August 2010 as executive director of Food Service/Value Brand Sales and Channel Marketing. Since Nieses assumed responsibility of the foodservice sales team, he has driven substantial growth every year, while the overall foodservice industry has remained flat. Before joining Mizkan, Mike held a number of sales and marketing positions with Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc., where he was awarded the company's "Marketer of the Year" award for two consecutive years.

Marvin joined Mizkan Americas in July 2008 as director of branded sales. Since he assumed responsibility for the retail branded sales team, the company’s branded sales have grown every year during a period when the largest condiment brands in the U.S. have declined an average of 3 percent to 4 percent a year. Before joining Mizkan, Tim held a number of professional sales positions in the food industry, including managing the NS Sales team at Kehe Food distributors.
