The World Alliance for Retail Excellence & Standards welcomes Session Speaker Matt Herlevic, a long-time top executive at Sam’s Club, to the annual Retail Merchandising and Marketing Conference to be held in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 27-30.
How to motivate in the workplace to increase efficiency is the topic to be addressed by Herlevic, who serves as the Senior Director of Project Integration at Sam’s Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Herlevic is responsible for the team which creates the preferred in-club experience through cutting-edge sampling and awareness campaigns for the company.
Also, in this capacity, Herlevic has integrated a virtual planning tool for merchandise layouts; implemented a communication tool via television throughout all Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club campuses; and, developed and integrated a Master Calendar within the Sam’s Club Organization for executives.
His topic, entitled “Motivation: How to Motivate Your Suppliers, Your Customers and Your Employees,” will be held at the General Session of the conference on Tuesday, April 30th at 8:45 a.m.
