SIPP Industries Inc. announced Tuesday that it was finalizing an agreement to buy Spectre Worldwide Corp., an importer, licensor and marketer of private label liquors.

Spectre Worldwide handles private label vodka, liquers, prosecco, tequilas, cognac and wines, SIPP Industries said in a news release. The company is looking to expand production in North America and distribution internationally, with SIPP Industries as its parent company.

Spectre’s three tequila products are packaged and produced in Mexico, the release said. Its brands are “innovative smooth tasting liquers, presented in attractive packaging and easily mixed with other drinks.”
