After debuting in test runs this fall, Aldi has brought back its organic and all-natural private label line, SimplyNature, to stores this week.
In its weekly circular, Aldi described the line as “food made only with all-natural, honest ingredients, and without artificial colors, flavors or unnecessary enhancers. Just great tasting, wholesome food you can trust … made the way nature intended.”
Aldi representatives said last fall that the line could be expanded in 2013 depending on sales. The line is in stores today as a Special Buy, meaning quantities are limited, but a company spokesperson said a broader rollout of SimplyNature could come later this spring.
Aldi ranked seventh on the PLB Top 35 list last year, with an estimated $6.9 billion in private label sales.
