Kunzler & Co. introduces ham medallions, joining the product mix of Kunzler’s packaged, pre-sliced meats, and targeting the “any meal solution” category. They are vacuum packed as six 1-ounce, pre-sliced pieces with 12 packages per case. They offer a new alternative to Canadian bacon items and are available for private label, retail and foodservice use. The packaging recently received an American Graphic Design Award in September from Graphic Design USA.
