To help participants prepare for the National Association of Convenience Stores’ annual show in Las Vegas next month, the organization released a mobile app for the show this week.
The Alexandria, Va.-based organization said in a news release that the free app will allow users to find information about scheduled events, educational sessions, and speakers. It also has a searchable list of all NASC Show exhibitors and participants in the Cool New Products Preview Room. This is the third year that NACS has released an app tied to the annual show.
“We have added a number of enhancements, based on user requests from the past two years, to the app to make it an even more valuable tool for attendees, whether you are a NACS Show regular or a first-time attendee,” NACS Vice President of Marketing Doug Reed said in the release.
The app is available for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry phones as well as iPad, iPod Touch and other compatible smartphones. It can be downloaded from iTunes, the Android market, or at nacsshow.com/mobileapp.
Last year, the show drew 22,312 attendees from 58 countries and 1,333 exhibitors.
