Gluten-Free Brownie

La Vita Health Foods Ltd. introduced the Rich and Fudgy Brownie to its Zena’s line of gluten- and lactose-free products. The brownie — which contains probiotics — is said to be “more nutritious than desserts typically produced for the gluten-free or diabetic consumer. It contains probiotics and was developed according to nutritional guidelines from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.” The product is available for private labeling.
