St. Louis-based Ralcorp Holdings Inc. said that it would release its long-delayed second-quarter financial results after the close of trading Tuesday.
The company has scheduled a conference call for Wednesday morning to discuss the results with analysts.
The results were set to be released last month, but were delayed until last week to provide the company with time to conclude internal and external reviews associated with previously announced financial restatements.
The private label food maker has said that it was reviewing an impairment charge related to the spinoff of its Post brand cereal business. The company previously reported a $364 million charge for the spinoff; analysts have speculated that the review of that charge could lead to it becoming larger than originally expected.
