Target Stores Inc., Minneapolis, said it is expanding its offerings of natural and personal care products in all of its 1,591 stores. The chain will expand its cosmetic sections to include natural and organic body lotions, face creams and shampoos.

Schnucks Market Inc., Dekalb, Ill., announced plans to launch an urban specialty market to serve residents and commuters in downtown St. Louis. The store will be a uniquely designed fresh food market that will include approximately 20,800 square feet of fresh and specialty foods, including natural and organic products.

Rochester, N.Y.-based Wegmans Food Markets said FORTUNE ranked the retailer as number three on its 11th annual list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Wegmans has appeared on FORTUNE’s list every year since the list was first published in 1998, and has ranked among the top 10 for six consecutive years.

Market Centre of Commerce, Calif., said it would distribute the Natural Directions line of natural and organic products to more than 2,000 independent retailers in Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington. Nearly 180 natural and organic SKUs are available in the line, which the company says will be expanded over time to include more than 1,200 items.
