Topline Products Company Inc. -- a Wayne, N.J.-based design and manufacturing company that offers product packaging and fully integrated design/develop/fill operations for cosmetic and personal care product marketers -- said it added two key positions to support its growth in the global cosmetic markets. The company added Kathy Kordowski, formerly with Avon Products Inc., as vice president of operations. It also hired Ralph DeVito, formerly with Risdon International, as director of product design and development.
