The new varieties include strawberry shortcake, peach shortcake and New York-Style cheesecake. Each variety is made with an all-natural, high-quality non-sugar substitute to achieve the sweetness customers desire without associated caloric or diabetic concerns. The cakes are delivered frozen in 8- and 10-inch versions, uncut or precut according to customer preference. They have a shelf life of up to six months.
