Barhyte Specialty Foods, creators of Saucy Mama brand gourmet condiments, as well as condiments for private label and co-pack partners, said it was awarded four medals at the 2010 Napa Valley Mustard Festival in Napa Valley, Calif. Pendleton, Ore.-based Barhyte said the awards include a gold medal in the Garlic Category for the company’s Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic Mustard; a silver medal in the Herb/Veggie category for its Willamette Valley Dill Mustard; a silver medal in the Salad Dressing division for its Food & Wine Honey Dijon Dressing; and a bronze medal in the Label/Packaging category for its Aviator Mustard.
