Chicago-based market research firm Information
Resources Inc. (IRI) said it was ranked as a top solution provider for demand
data analytics for the small and medium business market in a recent Readers’
Choice survey published in Consumer Goods Technology magazine.
This was the third consecutive year in which IRI received the ranking.
According
to IRI, the Consumer Goods Technology rankings are
based on a third-party survey conducted among the magazine’s readers, including
a number of influential CPG industry executives. The 165 survey respondents
were asked to rate providers on a variety of service elements, including
customer service, performance, return on investment, service offering and industry
expertise.
“Our readers continue to recognize IRI with the
top ranking in this category, pointing to the excellent service they provide to
their customers, year in and year out,” said Consumer Goods
Technology publisher Albert Guffanti. “IRI obviously continues
to maintain a superb reputation with our readers by delivering on their goal to
remain a recognized and trusted data analytics leader.”
